摘要
配橡胶内衬的复合材料板壳可以模拟真实纤维缠绕压力容器。本文通过比较复合材料被撞击的时间历程和频域曲线,检测了复合材料缠绕层与内衬之间、内衬与内衬之间的损伤区,并对某型火箭发动机壳体的缩小比例试件进行了实际检测。
Composite plate and shell with rubber liners can analogize real filament wound pressure vessels. By comparing time history and frequency domain curves of the impact on the composite materials, defects, between liner and winding layers as well as between liner layers in this kind of plate have been inspected. For example, a propotional reduced sample of a certain type of the rockec motor case has been detected.
