摘要
知识经济与科学的发展观有着紧密的联系。从现代化理论的视角看,知识经济是树立科学发展观的重要理论参照系,它既是坚持“以人为本”的科学发展观提出的时代背景和社会趋势,又是实现可持续发展、落实科学发展观的历史机遇和现实途径。能否以科学发展观为指导,按照全面协调统筹兼顾的要求规范发展,关系到我国对现代化进程中各种风险的防范,关系到我国现代化和知识经济发展的进程。
Knowledge- based economy and scientific development conception have the close relations. From the modernization theory' s view, knowledge - based economy is the important theory frame of reference to build up scientific development conception. It is not only the epoch background and social trend of putting forward the scientific development conception, but also the historical opportunity and the practical approach to realize the sustainable development and to carry out scientific development conception. On the contrary, whether we could take scientific development conception as developmental guidance and according to the need of harmonizing and making all around arrangements concerns keeping away the risks and advancing modernization and knowledge-based economy of our country.
