摘要
根据层错能的热力学模型,计算了三种 Fe-Mn-Si 合金的内禀层错能。计算结果表明,随着 Si 含量增加 Fe-Mn-Si 合金的层错能降低。在此基础上讨论了 Si 含量对 Fe-Mn-Si 合金形状记忆效应的影响。
The intrinsic stacking fault energy of three Fe-Mn-Si alloys was calculated ac-cording to the thermodynamic model of stacking fault energy.The calculated results show thatthe stacking fault energy of Fe-Mn-Si alloys lowers with increasing Si content.The influence ofSi content on the shape memory effect in Fe-Mn-Si alloys was discussed on the basis of this.The shape memory effect enhances as the Si content increases in the specified range of Mn con-tent.
