摘要
金属管外壁用碳纤维缠绕复合后,其承受横向与轴向压载荷的能力均茯得了明显的提高。尤其是细长管缠绕碳纤维后,对轴向压载荷的抗弯曲变形及抗压极限承载能力都有大幅度的提高。本文介绍了硬 Al 合金(LY-11Al 合金)圆管在外壁缠绕复合碳纤维前后承受压载能力的实验数据的对比,以及对未经缠绕复合的承压管的理论临界压力进行探讨,分析了缠绕碳纤维能提高承载能力的原因。
The axial and lateral compressive resistance of aluminium alloy tube are in-creased obviously after the winding of carbon fiber on its external surface.Especially for thetube with large length-to-radius ratio,its flexural resistance under axial load and itscompressive resistance after flexural deformation are all improved obviously.The experimentalcomparison was made between circular tubes of LY-11(solid aluminium alloy)with and with-out the external winding of carbon fiber.A theoretical critical compressive strength of circulartube without external winding was presented.Finally,the strengthen mechanism of externalwinding was also analysed.
