摘要
德国警察总体上呈现出二元化的特征 ,即由联邦警察和州警察构成。德国警察教育重视理论教育与工作实际的紧密结合 ,推行院校教员同现职警官交流制度 ,实行教育晋升一体化。德国警察的任职晋升与教育培训紧密挂钩 ,他们一般都有明确的晋升前景 ,这对稳定警心很有益处。
The article analyzes simply the German system of police from the system of the construction,the system of the education and the system of the personal of the German police. The German police is composed of the federation police and the state police .In the system of the education,it's important to integrate theory with practice,the teacher in the police institute and the police on his post exchange their post usually,and a police wanting to rise in rank should be educated. The police's promotion is contacted closely with education they get. The police can be promoted easily in Germany,this makes the police steady effectively.
