摘要
本文初步探索了连续碳化硅纤维增强Ti-15-3合金基复合材料的复合工艺,采用真空热压工艺和热等静压工艺对钛箔-SiC纤维-钛箔进行复合固结处理。试验结果表明,所选用的复合工艺作为探索研究是可行的。
In this paper,an experimental investigation on fabrication processes of continuous SiC fibre-reinforcedXi-15-3 alloy matrix composite is briefly introduced.Consolidation of the composite fabricated by foil-fi-bre-foil processing is achieved by vacuum hot pressing or hot isostatic pressing.The preliminary results indi-cated the fabrication processes used in the experimental investiation is feasible.
