摘要
针对带式输送机工作中跑偏的原因 ,在主动滚筒后方增加鼓形校正滚筒和与之配套的 2个对称的可调弧形托辊 ,在输送带中部应用可调倾角的螺旋托辊 ;在输送带边缘设置极限跑偏立辊。应用传感器采集相应输送带跑偏信号 。
According to the cause of deviation of conveyer belt,this paper sets up a new barrel-type roller and two symmetry adjustable arc idler which matched with the barrel-type roller behind the driver roller,applies adiustable spiral idler in the middle,establishes an additional limiting vertical idler near the brim of the belt,collects the deviation signals by the sensors,curbs the adiustable idler to correct the belt after computer on slice dealing with all the data.
