摘要
以 2 0SiMnTi钢为研究对象 ,通过亚温淬火和形变强化的强韧化处理 ,分析冷拉形变量不同时对显微组织和机械性能的影响。试验结果表明 :2 0SiMnTi钢经过强韧化处理后 ,得到良好的综合机械性能 。
SiMnTi steel has been treated by sub-critical quenching and deformation strengthening for the purpose of strengthening and toughening. The microstructures and the mechanical properties after at different cold-drawing deformation have been analyzed. The result of testing shows that 20SiMnTi steel has good strengthening and toughening effect by compound strengthening treatment.
