摘要
在不同温度条件下对早红珠和瑞光5号两个桃树品种的休眠枝条进行培养,用插水法促其开花,研究了不同低温对打破桃芽休眠的影响,发现不同低温对打破桃芽休眠的效果不同。在4种温度处理中,6℃ 15℃处理效果最好,其萌芽率最高,打破芽休眠所需时数最少;其次为6℃处理;再次为3℃和9℃处理。供试两品种中,早红珠在各个处理中萌芽率均高于瑞光5号,打破休眠所需时数则均低于瑞光5号,说明早红珠的需冷量低于瑞光5号。
The dormancy peach shoots was cultured in water and let them flower after treated in different temperature in order to study the effect of different temperature on breaking peach bud dormancy. The result indicated that different temperature had different effect in breaking bud dormancy. Among the four treatments,6℃/15℃treatment had the best effect which had the highest bud germination rate and needed the least chilling hours to break bud dormancy; the effect of 6℃treatment was lower than the former; 3℃and 9℃treatments had the lowest effects. Cultivar Zaohongzhu's bud germination rates were all higher than that of cultivar Ruiguang 5 under all treatments. And the chilling hours of breaking bud dormancy of Zaohongzhu were all lower than Ruiguang 5, which indicated that the chilling requirement of Zaohongzhu was lower than Ruiguang 5.
