摘要
应用压力室测得侧柏和核桃苗木水势并绘制P-V曲线,通过对各水分特征值及P-V曲线的分析,得到在水分胁迫条件下两树种的水分变化状况。结果表明:两树种具有类似的水分生理特点,但也发现两种树种不同的抗旱机制。在干旱条件下,核桃具有高水势耐旱特征,即具有较高的束缚水含量和维持较高的水势和膨压;侧柏具有低水势耐旱特征,即细胞壁具有较大的弹性以维持细胞的渗透调节能力。
The water potential of two seedlings, Platycladus orientalis and Juglans regia, are found in terms of press chamber. With the analyzing of press-volume curve and the water physiological indexes, the characteristics of water variation of two tree seedlings are revealed under the water stress. The results show that there is the similar regularity of two tree species in most water physiology properties. But there are some different drought-tolerant mechanism between two tree species, of which the Juglans regia seedling has the characteristic of drought tolerance at high water potential, i.e. being a great deal of bound water content and keeping high water potential and turgor, and the Platycladus orientalis seedling. On the other hand, it is characterized by drought tolerance at low water potential, i.e. being a greater deal of elasticity of cell wall in available to keep cell osmotic adjustment ability.
