摘要
本文研究用卧式水平连铸法生产0.06~0.10%Ag-Cu合金线坯,经12个拉伸道次从φ15mm可拉伸成小工字型材,具有氧含量为45ppm,导电率(IACS)>97%,布氏硬度HB=103~107,屈服强度σ_b≥460N/mm^2,软化温度(t℃)>280℃和高温强度(290℃)27~28N/mm^2,是制造励磁电机中变换器的理想材料。
This article researches to use the method of horizontal continuous casting to produce 0.06~0.10% Ag--Cu alloy wirebars, which can be drawn 15mm diameter into small I - shaped material through 12drawing passes.There are 45ppm content of oxygen, electrical conductivity (IACS)>97%, ball hardnessHB =103 ~ 107, yield strength σ_b≥460N/mm^2, softening temp.(t℃) >280℃ and high temp.strength (290℃) 27~28N/mm^2.It is an ideal material of exciting motor transducer.
