摘要
用U型弯曲试验、恒载荷拉伸试验、X射线和SEM表面分析方法,研究了化学镀Ni-P合金镀层及热处理后镀层对321奥氏体不锈钢在42%沸腾MgCl_2溶液中应力腐蚀开裂的影响。结果表明:Ni—P合金镀层均能提高321不锈钢在MgCl_2介质中的抗应力腐蚀的能力。完整的镀层能有效地起到机构隔离作用,当镀层产生微裂纹时,镀层对基材具有一定程序的电化学保护作用。
The effects of electroless Ni-P alloy as plated coating and post heat treated coating on stress corrosion cracking of 321 austenitic stainless steel in boiling 42% MgCl_2 solution were studied by U-type bending, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The experimental results showed that the corrosion resistance of Ni-P alloy coated 321 stainless steel in MgCl_2 solution was increased. The results were discussed in detail.
