摘要
介绍一种检测立窑运行情况，及时消除偏火的自动监控系统。该系统由一台４８６ＤＸ２微机及相应的检测与控制装置组成，采用轮循的方式检测各种数据，同时发出控制指令。实践表明，该系统稳定性好，检测精度高。
The paper describes an automatic monitored control system,which could detect the working state of shaft kiln and erase deflected burning immediately.This system consists of a 486DX2 micro computer and some metering and control devices.It detects all data in rotary fashion and sends out control instructions. The practice shows that this system has good stability,high detecting precision and good ability to resist interference.
