Preparation of porous glass-ceramics in Na_2O-CaO-TiO_2-P_2O_5 system

摘要 自1934年,H·P·Hood等人发明了Vyocr glass 以来。 A new type of porous glass-oeramics in Na2O-CaO-TiO2-P2O5 system has been developed by crystallization and acid leaching treatment for the base glasses. Crystalline phases were identified by X-ray diffractometer(XRD) for glass-ceramics before and after acid leaohing. The microstructure of the porous glass-ceramics was examined using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The specific surface area and the average pore radius were measured by porosimeter and BET method, respectively. The results indicate that the new porous glass-ceramics are mainly composed of crystalline CaTi4(PO4)6; The specific surface area and mean pore radius of the porous glass-ceramics were 40 m2/g and 130 A. respectively.
