摘要
氧化锂与中碱玻璃工艺性能关系的研究试验数据说明:含有氧化锂的中碱与中碱5~#相比,玻璃析晶上限温度降低了,同流量时拉丝漏板温度也下降了,化学稳定性不变.同时原料成本有所降低,对降低玻纤生产的能耗有实际意义.
Experimental data of relationships between lithium oxide and technological performances of C-glass have shown that the upper limit of crystallization temperature of the C-glass containing lithium oxide and the bushing temperature for fiber forming are lower than those of 5~# C-glass at the same flow rate while the chemical stability remains unchanged. The cost of raw materials can also be reduced.These results have practical significance to lower the energy consumption in glass fiber production.
