摘要
目的 制定香黄巴布剂的质量控制标准。方法 采用常规检验进行质量检查;采用气相色谱法测定麝香酮的含量,高效液相色谱法测定胆红素的含量。结果 测定 5 批样品,结果麝香酮的平均含量为 2.12%,胆红素的平均含量为 42.86%;对成品进行的各项质量检查皆符合药典的要求。结论 此方法稳定可靠,可以有效地控制香黄巴布剂的质量。
Objective To make the quality control standard of Xianghuangbabuji. Methods Content of Shexiangtong was determined by GC. Content of bilirubin was determined by HPLC. Result The average content of Shexiangtong is 2.12%. The average content of bilirubin is 42.86%. And it is right to pharmacopeia. Conclusion The methods was accurate, consistent. It can be used to control the quality of Xianghuangbabuji effectively.
