摘要
目的 为新药回阳复脉注射液制定红参的指纹图谱。方法 采用HPLC法,以君药红参中人参皂苷为检测指标,采用梯度洗脱的方法,控制其中红参主要成分的色谱峰。结果与结论 建立了回阳复脉注射液、红参及红参总皂苷的指纹图谱质量标准,确保了原料、半成品与制剂的关联性。方法学考查证明本方法稳定,重复性好。
Objective To study the fingerprints of the Radix Red Ginseng in the new medicine Huiyangfumai Injection. Method The main ingredient of the injection, Red Ginseng, was determined by HPLC and used binary solvent-delivery gradient elution to control the main component in Red Ginseng. Result and Conclusion The standard fingerprint of Huiyangfumai injection, Red Ginsenosides and Radix Red Ginseng are established. The method ensures correlativity among preparation, semi-manufactual distilled material and raw material. The methodology examination establishes the method is stable and reproducible.
