摘要
目的 :了解文拉法辛治疗青少年广泛性焦虑的临床疗效及不良反应。 方法 :将就诊于青少儿心理门诊的 15～ 2 0岁青少年广泛性焦虑患者 72例 ,随机平分为两组 ,分别用文拉法辛及阿普唑仑进行治疗 ,疗程 8周。采用汉密顿焦虑量表 (HAMA)、焦虑自评量表 (SAS)、临床疗效总评量表 (CGI)、副反应量表 (TESS) ,评定疗效及不良反应。 结果 :文拉法辛的有效率 88.9% ,阿普唑仑有效率 86 .1% ,两药疗效相仿 ,文拉法辛不良反应少而轻微。 结论 :文拉法辛对青少年广泛性焦虑安全有效 ,不良反应轻微。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine in the treatment of general anxiety disorder in the children and adolescent. Method:72 outpatients of 15-20 years old with general anxiety disorder were randomly divided into venlafaxine group and alprazolam group for 8 weeks.Efficacy and side effects were evaluated with HAMA,SAS,CGI and TESS. Results:The therapeutic efficacy in venlafaxine group was similar to that in alprazolam ( 88.9% and 86.1%).The side effects were fewer and lighter. Conclusion:Venlafaxine is effective in the treatment of general anxiety disorder in children and adolescent and produces fewer side effects.
