摘要
20世纪 80年代兴起的信息技术革命 ,正日益影响着世界的政治、经济、军事、文化乃至整个人类社会的发展进程 ,也必将影响着作为人类知识集散地的图书馆 ,采编部作为图书馆的一个重要职能部门深受其影响 ,产生了变革。文章通过对这些变革的分析 ,提出了现代信息技术条件下采编部的工作重点将从文献的加工。
The revolution of modern information technology from the 1980s is affecting the politics,economy,military affairs,culture and the development of all the society.Also,it will affect the library that is the collecting place of human beings.As an important function department of library,the collecting and categorizing department is affected by it deeply and has changed.Through the analysis of these changes,this paper puts forward that the focal point of the job of collecting and categorizing department on the condition of modern information technology should shift from the processing and disposing of the document to the exploitation of the information resources and consultation.
