摘要
本文从三个方面分析了“情报”改“信息”是社会与经济发展的需要。通过分析“情报”与“信息”的性质与特点 ,理清了情报与信息之间的辨证关系。“情报”改“信息”带来了正面的效果 ,但是也带来了消极作用 ,提出了减少负面效应所采取的有效措施。最后对“情报”与“信息”进行了正确的定位 。
This article analyzes three causations for the term'Intelligence'translated into Chinese has been changed.Through analyzing the characteristics about'information'and'intelligence',we discriminate the dissimilarity and similarity.Every thing has two sides,so is changing name.Changing name brings positive effect,notwithstanding the negative effect.Put forward a valid measure to decrease the negative effect.Finally,Proceeded with'information'the right fixed position for the'intelligence'and'information',to use the taste of the development treat to change name.
