摘要
针对制浆生产蒸煮过程控制中存在的反应过程复杂、机理建模困难,设计了关联估计递阶动态矩阵预测控制(DMC)算法。新的关联估计协调算法克服了目标协调算法计算量大等缺点,实现了在1台微机上并行运算和控制,从而大幅度提高了各个变量控制算法和协调算法的运算速度和通信速度。对实际连续蒸煮过程的试验结果表明,该算法具有简单易实现,运算量小,实时性好等特点。
An associate estimate hierachical dynamic matrix predictive control algorithm for pulping process is designed considering the ex-
isting problem of complex reaction process and difficult modeling in cooking control. The pratical continuous cooking process control result
showed that this algorithm has the features of easy implementation, less calculation work and fast speed.
