摘要
研究了HNO_3/NaNO_3预处理对桉木常规KP浆氧脱术素的改善效果。研究表明,在氧脱术素前,用HNO_3/WaNO_3对浆料进行预处理,可以有效改善后续氧脱木素段的脱木素效率,提高氧脱术素的选择性。但HNO_3/NaNO_3用量有一最佳值,且宜采用短时间高温预处理的方式进行。若将HNO_3/NaNO_3预处理与H_2O_2强化氧脱术素相结合,可取得进一步降低氧脱木素浆卡伯值、提高纸浆白度和保持较高纸浆粘度的良好效果。
Improved oxygen delignification of conventional kraft pulp from eucalyptus by HNO_3/NaNO_3 pretreatment was studied in the pa-
per. HNO_3/NaNO_3, pretreatment prior to oxygen delignification enhanced oxygen delignification of conventional kraft pulp,and improved
oxygen delignification selectivity. Pretreatment with a suitable charge of HNO_3/NaNO_3, and a short pretreatment time in high temperature
was favorable to enhance oxygen delignification. Combining HNO_3/NaNO_3, pretreatment and H_2O_2, reinforcement, efficiency of oxygen delig-
nification and brightness of delignified pulp were further increased.
