摘要 介绍了模拟海洋环境的混凝土钢筋导电油漆型外加电流阴极保护系统。该系统选用石墨、黄铜和铅银合金作主阳极,研制的酚醛聚芳烃型、醇酸聚芳烃型和多烃聚芳烃型导电油漆作次阳极,用埋置于混凝土内的长效参比电极监测钢筋电位。在近半年的恒压阴极保护期间,逐日监测了钢筋阴极极化电位,通电三个月后,先后进行了二次去极化试验。测试数据表明,钢筋阴极极化电位及4 h去极化的电位衰退均符合美国NACE的RP 0290—90标准,钢样保护度达96.72%。 The system of applied electric current cathodic protection for concrete reinforcing bar painted conductive coating in simulated ocean environment was introduced. Graphite, brass and Pb-Ag alloy were chosen primary anodes, developed phenolic aromatic hydrocarbon type, alkyd polyaromatic hydrocarbon type and hydrocarbyls polyaromatic hydrocarbon type conductive coatings were chosen as secondary anodes and a long hfe reference electrode was buried in concrete to monitor electric potential of reinforcing bar in this system. In the six months period of constant voltage cathodic protection, the cathodic polarization potential of reinforcing bar was monitored every day. After working three months, the system carried out two depolarization tests. Measured data showed that cathodic polarization potential and depolarization potential decay value in four hours of reinforcing bar were all in accord with NACE RP0290-90 standard of USA. The protective degree of reinforcing bar was 96.72%.
