摘要
"一步法"高纯碳酸锶制备工艺主要包括还原、浸取、纯化、沉淀4个关键环节。通过对高纯碳酸锶制备过程的中间工艺环节———SrS浸取过程进行试验研究,主要研究该过程中S2-的行为分析及其影响因素。结果表明:在浸取过程中,随着浸取温度的升高和pH值的降低,锶的收得率升高,但是却导致SrS的水解和H2S气体的溢出;SrS的最佳浸取温度范围为80~85℃。
A new preparation method ('Single-stage Process') for high purity SrCO_(3) is investigated, which mainly includes four critical processes: reduction, leaching, purification and precipitation. The affecting factors about S^(2-) behaviors and strontium recovery in leaching SrS process are analyzed theoretically and practically. It is concluded that with the increase of temperature or decrease of pH value in leaching process, strontium recovery increases, but SrS decomposes and hydrogen sulphide (H_(2)S) gases discharge. Besides, optimal temperature of leaching SrS process is between (80-85) ℃.
