摘要
对钢轨闪光焊缝脆断做了失效分析。结果表明,造成钢轨脆断是由于轨底焊缝边角含有低倍超标露头凹坑缺陷,在车轮碾压应力作用下引起应力集中而发生裂纹,并由于断面上有灰斑缺陷又降低了焊缝塑性,导致钢轨脆断。文中提出了消除焊接缺陷的有效措施并获得了验证。
Failure anlysis in unde(?) on the br(?)ak of flash welding seam of rail. The result showed that rail break was brought ab(?)t to contain macro over-standard outeropping pit defect on the welding seam edge of rail bottom. The crack was caused from concentration stress by the action of wheel rolling press stress. The plasticity of welding seam was reduced by the grey defects on the break face, resulting in rail breaking. The effective meastres of eliminating welding seam defects were given in the (?)aper and verified by test.
