摘要
对轴承保持架整形模采用超塑成形与渗硼相结合的超塑复合成形技术。经检测和生产试验表明:模具成形表面渗硼层厚度均匀一致,硼化物成粒状;模具加工精度高,质量稳定;寿命可提高一倍以上;模具成本降低30%以上。
This paper deals with the combined forming technique of superplasticity plus boronizing on forming die of bearing holders. The experimental results and practical usages have shown that the boronizing layer on superplastically formed die surface is homogeneous, the borides are of granular shape, the die working precision is high, and the quality is ensured. After treated by the combined forming technique, the service life of the dies is increased by twice and the cost is decreased by over 30%.
