摘要
通过超声振动车削和普通车削、磨削陶瓷材料的试验研究及切削机理的探讨,探索出用超声振动车削能有效地消除陶瓷加工表面微裂纹,是陶瓷材料精密加工的一种新切削法。
In this paper, machining experiment of ceramics process is compared by ultrasonic vibration turning with conventional turning and grinding, and the machining principle is investigated. The result shows that surface microcracks will be eliminated by ultrasonic vibration turning. It is a method of precision machining for ceramics.
