摘要
利用自制的流交性能测试装置对Al-5％Si合金的流变性能进行了测试。通过实验,建立了Al-Si合金流变性能的机械模型,进而建立了Al-5％Si合金流变性能本构方程,并对本构方程中的各参数进行了确定,为利用计算机对Al-Si合金铸件的热裂进行数值模拟创造了条件。
In the paper, the theologic of Al-5％Si alloy has been investigated with a self-made measuring apparatus. Based on measuring results, the mechanical model of the theologic properties of Al-Si alloys and the mathematical model of theologic properties of Al-5％Si alloy have been set up. The parameters in the mathematical model have been obtained. It is possible that hot tearing of Al-Si alloy castings will be simulated by computer.
