摘要
用热扭转试验及定量金相研究了18Mn-18Cr-0.5N奥氏体钢静态再结晶行为。静态再结晶激活能为298kJ/mol,给出了热交形后完成50%静态再结晶的时间t_(0.5)和再结晶晶粒尺寸d_(rcx)与Zenor-Hollomon参数Z、退火温度T及预应变量ε的关系式。
The static recrystallization behavior of 18Mn-18Cr-0.5N austenitic steal was investigated by means of hot torsion tests and quantitative metallographic analysis. The activation energy Q for static recrystallization, as well as the time for 50% recrystallization t_(0.5) and the rcerystallized grain in size d_(reS) as functions of hot deformation conditions were obtained.
