摘要
采用SEM和电子拉伸机对挤压态SiC/AZ91镁基复合材料的显微组织进行了观察分析,并对其拉伸性能进行了测试。结果表明:挤压态复合材料中SIC晶须沿挤压方向分布,SiC晶须的长径比降低;挤压态复合材料的拉伸强度均较压铸态有提高。
Microstructures and tensile properties have been examined by SEM and electronic tensile machine in an as-extruded SiC_w/AZ91 magnesium matrix composite. The results show that silicon carbide whiskers distribute along the extrusion direction and the aspect ratio (L/D) of whisker is reduced in the as-extruded composite. The strength of as-extruded SiC_w/AZ91 magnesium matrix composite is higher than that of the as-casted one.
