摘要
根据轴承耐磨合金材料的性能要求,采用正交试验法进行最佳成分设计,研制了一种新型铝基耐磨合金材料。测试了合金元素对合金组织、性能,尤其是对摩擦磨损等性能进行了对比试验,结果表明,新合金综合性能优良,比ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3材料具有更好的耐磨性,而生产成本仅是其17%,比ZA27锌合金材料具有更优良的耐蚀性和尺寸稳定性。
According to the property demand of bearing wear resistant alloy, a new kind of wear resistant aluminum alloy (ZLP) has been developed. The optimum composition was desinged with the orthogonal test method, the effects of elements on the structure and properties of the ZLP alloy were studied The results have shown that the comprehensive property of the alloy is good, the wear resistant is superior to that of ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3 bronze, the cost of the ZLP alloy is only 17 percent of ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3. The corrosion resistance and dimensional stability are superior to that of ZA27 zinc alloy.
