摘要
以红旗轿车为测试对象,对其催化反应器进行了性能试验和快速老化试验。性能试验包括空燃比扫描试验和起燃温度试验。老化试验分2种情况进行:一种是在发动机台架试验台上进行的40h快速老化试验,以模拟所要求的8万km道路行驶;另一种是实车行驶8万km。为了解老化试验后催化剂的老化程度,对其催化剂进行了解剖分析研究。结果表明,此催化剂仍保持良好状态,与性能测试的结果相一致。
Performance tests and rapid aging tests for catalyst converters are carried out on a HONGQI passenger car. Performance test consists of the air-fuel ratio scanning test and the initiation temperature test.Two types of aging tests are done respectively:one is the 40hrs rapid aging test on engine test bench for simulating 80 000 km running road;the other is the actual 80 000 km road driving test.In order to find out the aging degree of the catalyst after test,dissecting study is done.It is shown by the result that the catalyst is still in good state,which is in accord with results of the performance tests.
