摘要
通过对枪机工作载荷和断裂部位应变速率的分析计算,说明其载荷性质为重复脉动式冲击载荷。应用疲劳理论和平面应力枪机试件的测试结果,说明其失效规律为冲击疲劳。通过对国内外冲击疲劳强度理论研究现状的分析,说明目前进行枪机闭锁凸笋冲击疲劳强度设计和寿命估算最简捷的方法是模拟实验—经验公式法。作为这一方法的补充,文中还介绍了修正的Langer方法。
Through an analysis of the working loads and calculations for the rate of strain on the fracture positions on a bolt, the paper shows that the nature of loading on the bolt is a repeated pulsating impact load. Using the fatigue theory and measurements on samples of plane stress bolts, it shows that bolt failures result from impact fatigue. Present situations on the study of impact fatigue intensity would suggest that a simple and direct way to the impact fatigue strength design and Life estimation for the locking lug of bolts is by means of simulation tests in conjunction with empirical formulas. Moreover, as a supplementary method, the revised langer method is introduced.
