摘要
本文测定了失血性休克及休克并内毒素血症时红细胞变形性的改变,用滤过指数(IF)作为红细胞变形性的指标。结果发现,随休克时间延长,IF明显增高(P<0.01);休克合并内毒素血症时,IF增高较单独休克时更为显著(P<0.001)。
The red cell deformability (RCD) was studied in hemorrhagic shock and shock with
enaotoxemia in rabbits, We used index of filtration(IF) as a index of RCD. The results showed
(?)was inereased significantly with the (?)sion of shock time(P < 0. 01)and increased
more obviously in shock with endotoxemia than in sheek alone(P<0. 001).
