摘要
作为 二 次回 路，应具 有对 一 次设 备 进行 完善 的控 制 、测 量、保护 、信 号等 功能 。对所监 视 的一 次回 路 的事 故、异常 等有 明 显的 信号 指 示，是 事 故、异 常 等性 质判 断 和处 理的关 键 。就 中铝 山 西分 公司 配 电室 进 线、电 压 互感 器二 次 回路 的现 状 进行 了具 体 的分 析和探 讨 ，并提 出 了一 些有 效 的改 进办 法 。
The secondary circuitshould have such functions as perfectcontrol,m easurem ent,protection and signalfor prim ary circuit.The obvious signal indication for the accidents and abnorm al phenom ena of m onitored prim ary circuit is the key to judge and solve the accidents and abnorm al phenom ena.This paper m akes concrete analyses and explorations on the presentsituation of the inletwire of voltage transform er's secondary circuitin distribution room ,and puts forw ard som e effective m ethods for im proving.
