摘要
水 功能 区 的划 分是 实 现水 资源 综 合开 发、合 理利 用、积 极保 护、科 学管 理 的基 础工作 。根据 “全 国水 功能 区 划技 术 细则 ”，结 合 对山 西省 黄 河流 域的 自 然、社 会 情况 ，尤 其是水 资 源状 况的 综 合分 析，系 统 介绍 了水 功 能区 划的 方 法，对 山西 省 黄河 流域 河 流地 表水进 行 了水 功能 区 划并 提出 管 理建 议。
The division of the water functionaldom ains is a basic work for realizing the com prehensive developm ent, rational utilization,active protection and scientific m anagem ent.A ccording to the <D etailed Technical R egulations of N ational W ater-functional D ivision>,and connecting with the natural and social situations of the H uanghe valley in Shanxi Province,this paper m akes com prehensive analysis on the conditions of the water resources,introduces system - atically the m ethod for m aking the water-functional division,m akes the water-functional division ofthe surface -water from the rivers in H uanghe valley ofShanxiProvince,and puts forward som e suggestions for the m anagem ent of the sur- face -water.
