This paper briefly introduces the developing course and developing situation ofthe corn harvester,analyzes on the m ain factors influencing the popularization of the corn harvester,and puts forward som e counterm easures for de- veloping the corn m echanized harvesting ofstrengthening the guidance and practicing the m eticulous organization to carry out the corn m echanized harvesting,norm alizing the planting linew idth and organizing the cross -regional m echanized harvesting,and im proving the quality and reducing the cost ofthe corn harvester,etc.
