摘要
在分析工程施工索赔决策的过程、特点以及决策支持的需求、现有问题求解方法不足的基础上 ,提出了综合超文本技术与通用问题求解系统的问题求解方法 ,研究了该方法应用于索赔问题求解的工作机理 ,具体探讨了其信息模型和操作规则 。
The process of construction claim decision, its characteristics, the requirement for decision support and the lack of problem solution methods were analyzed. The problem solution method was put forward which integrated the hypertext technique and general problem solution system. The work mechanism of claim problems solution was studied. The information models of claim decision and its operation regulations were analyzed with a practical example.
