详细介绍枪黑色氮钛膜层的耐磨损及耐腐蚀性能,并和传统的氧化黑色膜层和磷化黑色膜层作了比较,枪黑色氮钛膜层的耐磨损及耐腐蚀性能均高于氧化黑色膜层和磷化黑色膜层3倍以上,是一种比较先进和理想的新型膜层,为离子镀技术开辟了新的应用途径。
The wear resistance and the anti—corrosion properties of the black N—Ti film on rifle were introduced in detail.The prperties of the black N-Ti film were compared with that of the tradi- tional oxidizing black film(OBF)and the phosphorating black film(PBF).The wear resistance and the anti-corrosion properties of the N-Ti film are more than three times higher than that of OBF and PBF according to the tests.It is demonstrated that N-Ti film is an advanced and per- fectly new film.A new application of the ion—plating technlolgy is therefore found.
