摘要
研究了以次亚磷酸钠和硼氢化钾为还原剂的化学镀 Ni-P-B 溶液。讨论了镀液组成和工艺对沉积速度的影响.提出获得良好 Ni-P-B 合金镀层的最佳镀液组成和操作条件。结果表明:Ni-P-B 镀层的耐磨性比 Ni-P-B 镀层均好。
A new bath solution for electroless-plating of Ni-P-B alloy is reported.The solution comprises sodium hy- pophosphite and potassium borohydride(as reducing agent).The effects of the solution composition and the plating process on the rate of deposition of Ni-P-B alloy are discussed.The optimum bath composition and operation condi- tions for obtaining desirable Ni-P-B alloy are presented.The results show that the wear resistance of electroless- plating Ni-P-B alloy coating is superior to that of Ni-P and Ni-B coating.
