高校应围绕大学生思想状况和精神文化需求,进一步加强理论武装工作和世界观、人生观、价值观教育,加快教育教学改革,全面推进素质教育,促进大学生健康成长。
It is high time that all university administrators paid more attention to ideological status and cultural needs of students to further some theoretical work and education of outlook on life and value,to speed up teaching reform and push forward the quality education of students in an allround way.
