摘要
走新型工业化道路是我国全面建设小康社会的必由之路。经济特区工业化既不是走发达国家从轻工业起步的老路,也不是沿袭我国早期优先发展重工业的模式,而是走一条以市场为导向的外向型工业化道路。经济特区工业化由低向高,由劳动密集型向资金、技术、知识密集型发展。同时,要注意处理高新技术产业与传统产业,工业化与农业现代化、农村城市化以及经济发展与社会进步、环境保护的关系,发扬求真务实的作风,坚持科学的发展观,为我国走新型工业化道路做出示范和提供有益的启示。
Modem industrialization is a must to China's march towards a well-off society. The industrial-
ized SEZ is not a copy of developed countrie taking off from light industry, nor is it a repetition of the mode
of heavy industry priority in China in the 1950s, but rather a market and export-oriented path towards indus-
trialization in which the SEZ grows from low to high industrialization and from labor-intensive industry to fund,
technology and knowledge-intensive industrialization, when the balances between hi-tech and traditional in-
dustry, between industrialization and agricultural modernization and urbanization, and between economic and
social progress and environmental protection are well kept.
