摘要
设计以桡侧返动脉升支为蒂的肱骨下段外侧和尺骨上段背侧并联骨膜瓣为间隔物的肘关节形成术。在34侧经动脉内灌注红色乳胶的成人上肢标本上观测桡侧副、骨间返、桡侧返动脉及可切取的骨膜瓣;并摹拟以桡侧返运脉升支为蒂的肱尺骨并联骨膜瓣移位行肘关节成形术。桡侧副动脉背侧支长(7 9±1 1)cm,起点外径(1 1±0 3)mm;骨间返动脉长(7 5±0 6)cm,起点外径(1 6±0 4)mm;桡侧返动脉长(5 1±0 7)cm;起点外径(1 6±0 4)mm;三者在肱骨外上髁处恒定吻合,可形成以桡侧返动脉升支为蒂的肱骨下段外侧和尺骨上段背侧并联骨膜瓣移位至肘关节行肘关节成形术。
An elbow arthroplasty by parallel lower-lateral humeral and proximal-dorsol ulnar periosteal flaps pedicled with radial recurrent artery was designed. The origin, course, distribution and anastomosis of radial collateral artery, recurrent interosseous artery and radial recurrent artery were observed on 34 adult upper limb specimens filled with red emulsion in arteries; the diameter, length of these arteries and the area of the periosteal flaps were measured. The length of radial collateral artery was (7.9±1.1) cm and the originated diameter was (1.1±0.3)mm; the length of recurrent interosseous artery was (7.5±0.6) cm and the originated diameter was (1.6±0.4) mm; the length of radial recurrent artery was (5.1±0. 7) cm and the originated diameter was (1.6±0.4) mm; there are reliable anastomisis among these arteries at humeral lateral epicondyle, and it can be transposed to elbow joint that parallel lower-lateral humeral and proximal-dorsol ulnar periosteal flaps pedicled with radial recurrent artery for elbow arthroplasty.
