摘要
研究了一种新的荧光素电化学发光体系并应用于废水中铜含量的检测.对检测条件,如施加电位、溶液pH、表面活性剂等因素进行了优化,得到了最佳实验条件.对多种金属离子和阴离子是否具有增敏或抑制电化学发光作用进行了考察,结果发现只有铜离子(Ⅱ)显示了明显的增敏作用.根据以上现象建立了一种选择性好、不需要样品预处理直接检测水样中铜离子含量的简单分析方法.将样品分析结果与ICP AES方法所得到的结果进行了对照,验证了方法的可靠性.
A novel in suit electrochemiluminescence (ECL) of fluoresce is studied and applied to the determination of copper in waste water. The experiment conditions including the effect of potential, pH, surfactants are investigated. Metal ions and anion are examined respectively to see any enhancement or quench to this ECL, and copper ion is found enhanced this ECL only. Based on above experiment results, a simple, selective ECL method for determination of copper ion in waste water without sample pretreatment is setup. Waste water sample analysis results obtained by proposed method are validated by comparing with those by ICP-AES method.
