摘要
提出了一种新的测量膜振动的光学方法———像面全息时间平均法.得到了不同谐振频率激励下膜振动的干涉图样和轴对称振动模式,并对300Hz激励下膜面的振幅分布情况进行了分析.结果表明,该方法可以减小检测时反射波的影响,增强物光强度,提高干涉图样的对比度,而且可以在白光下再现振动物体的像.
A new optical method of film vibration measurement using image plane hologram and time-average method is presented. It can decrease the influence of reflected wave while measuring. Also it can increase object light and the contrast of interference fringes. Moreover the images of vibrating objects can be reproduced in white light convenience. By using this experiment method the fringes of the vibrating film excited under different resonant frequencies are gained, the vibration modes in axial symmetry and the amplitude distribution of vibrating film plane excited under 300 Hz are analyzed.
