机动镍钛锉根管预备行根充术的疗效观察

摘要 目的　比较机动镍钛根管锉预备与手持不锈钢锉根管预备后行根充术的术后反应和 1年后的疗效。方法　对 96例 12 0只不同程度的牙髓、根尖病变的患牙随机分为两组 ,观察组用机动镍钛锉根管预备根管 ,对照组用手持不锈钢锉预备根管 ,常规根充。结果　在术后反应上 ,观察组明显优于对照组 ;两组在 1年后的疗效差异有显著性。结论　机动镍钛锉根管预备是一种快捷、有效的预备根管的方法。
