黄原酸酯—过氧化氢引发针叶材木屑与甲基丙烯酸甲酯接枝聚合物的结构与热塑性

摘要 本文采用X-射线衍射和透射电镜研究了黄原酸酯-H_2O_2引发体系、底物聚集态结构的变化,考查了接枝产物的热塑性。结果表明:在碱溶胀、黄原酸化和接枝聚合的协同作用下。纤维素结晶被破坏;而当底物没有被碱溶胀,或被碱溶胀而没有黄原酸化时,接枝聚合没有明显引起纤维素结晶的变化。接枝产物经混炼和热压以后可得到均一的试片。 The structure of the graft copolymers of methyl methacrylate onto soft wood sawdust initiated by xanthate-H2O2 was investigated by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The thermoplasticity of the grafted products was also examined. It was found that the crystalline structure of cellulose could be destroyed by the synergetic effect of alkali swelling, xanthating and grafting; by contraries,when the substrate was unswelled, or when it was swelled but not xanthated, the crystalline structure of cellulose was almost unchanged during the grafting. The grafted products with grafting yield 100% or more could be blended and molded to form homogeneous sheet.
