摘要
陕西省靖边地区产的百里香,在开花时期采集的茎、叶样品,用水蒸气蒸馏法测定其含油率为0.6％。用气相色谱和质谱分析了精油的化学成分,主要为对-伞花烃36.253％,百里酚(包括香芹酚)19.934％和β-水芹烯13.957％。
Aerial parts of Thymus mongolicus Ronn. growing in Jingbian, Shaanxi province in flowering period contained 0.6% essential oil by steam distillation. Major chemical constituents of the essential oil, studied by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry, were p-cymene 30.253%, thymol (carvacrol included) 19.934% and β-phellandrene 13.957%.
