To ensure that the concrete for piers and box girders of Wuhan Light Rail Transit is solid and also looks nice, the piers and box girders are very carefully designed and constructed from aspects of design, fabrication and installation of formwork, selection of concrete materials and mix proportioning, mixing, casting and vibrating of the concrete, and fairly good results of the design and construction have been achieved.
