摘要
通过分析深圳市社区护理质量管理中存在的主要问题,并结合深圳市社区护理发展中的相关问题的讨论和分析,提出了深圳社区护理发展的策略和对策。强调:强化在职培训,提高整体素质;加快社区护士的培养;完善社区护理的管理制度;探寻适宜的社区护理管理模式;加大健康教育的宣传力度;成立社区护理服务中心实现电子呼救网络;完善相关法规和政策。
This article analyzed the problems in community nursing quality manag ement and combined the related problem’s discussion and analysis during the dev eloping of community nursing in Shen Zhen City, then came out the policy and cou ntermeasures in community nursing developing in Shen Zhen City. The authors emph asized that: enhance job training in order to improve integrated quality; accele rate the training speed of community nurses; improve the management system of co mmunity nursing; find out the best management model of community nursing; increa se the quantity of health education; setup community nursing service center and use electronic help network system in community; establish related law and polic y.
